After graduating from London University, Ian Joined a UK based firm of recruitment consultants from where he was seconded to Johannesburg to assist in the original formation of Construction Executive Consultants in 1981. Since then CEC has blossomed into a leading construction industry recruitment consultancy servicing major organisations throughout South Africa as well as supplying construction professionals to other parts of the world including the UK, Germany, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Uganda, Mozambique, Australia, Papua New Guinea and various parts of the Middle and Far East. Ian has remained with the company to date having been appointed a Director in 1987 and Managing Director in 1992.

David has spent his career in Personnel Management after serving nine years in HM Armed forces, the first three years in the Royal Marines and the latter part as a commissioned officer in the Royal Air Force. His personnel career initially spanned nearly eight years with the Taylor Woodrow Group where he held responsibility for recruitment, training and career development. More recently, he has spent time as a Director of a search and selection company before forming PRS Selection Limited in the UK in July 1989. He has been associated with CEC since it’s conception in 1981.

Mike and has worked within Human Resources for major international organisations at senior / board level for some 40 years (26 within the international construction industry). Being a specialist in international resourcing, Mike’s experience includes the setting up and establishment of numerous major infrastructure projects in Europe, America, Russia, Malaysia, Dubai, India, China, Hong Kong & Malaysia. Mike started his own consultancy / search organisation in 2007 and is based in Hong Kong.
